- Raising awareness of gender equality and unconscious bias,
- Improving work-life balance and evolving workplace practices,
- Enhancing gender balance in leadership and decision-making roles

Key Data on Gender Equality in the Workplace
Gender equality is a daily concern at Vizcab — including for non-binary individuals.
Today, women represent only 31% of our workforce, compared to 17% at the European and French level in the tech industry (source: Gender Scan). While this doesn’t yet meet our ambition for gender parity, it is still nearly double the average.
This gap can partly be explained by our industry and the fact that, out of the 72 job applications we received over the past six months, only 30.5% came from women.
At the same time, during this period, 44% of our hires were women.

Gender Equality Index?

In a spirit of transparency and pay equity between women and men, we applied the official methodology for calculating the Gender Equality Index. The results were shared with all employees.
Targets?
Reach 20% female representation on the Executive Committee by 2025.
What is a Gender Equality Plan (GEP)?
The GEP, as defined by the European Commission, is an official document that outlines a set of commitments and actions aimed at promoting gender equality within an organization through institutional and cultural change.
